Covenant Trustee Company was formed in 1983 and operates as a specialist provider of statutory supervision and trustee appointments under the Securities Act 1978, and the Unit Trust Act 1960.

We only undertake corporate trust appointments. Covenant is not aligned with or part of any financial services group and is therefore able to offer independent service which is free from conflicts of interest.

We take an active role in corporate trustee appointments. The management team makes client service a priority - we believe it is something we do rather well.

We are an associate member of the Trustee Companies Association of New Zealand [TCA] and participate actively within that organisation. The TCA represents the interests of the corporate trustees to government, government appointed bodies, and industry groups.
